When we enter any new venue, we will look to produce an venue operations plan so that all of our own staff are aware of the procedures and policies that are bespoke to your venue and allow for the most effective application of our staffing.
All of the data we gather in terms of patients seen is regularly reviewed to ensure that our service is as effective as possible in terms of the service we provide, but also that patients are getting the care they require through our robust clinical governance process which sees various accounts of patient contact reviewed by a board of clinicians to ascertain if the treatment we provided in the circumstances was correct and if any could have been done better. This achieves a high level of patient care and akin to similar processes found in the ambulance service and hospitals.
