A large consideration when planning events is who and what your event will impact, and it’s wise to quickly and professionally engage with these parties to understand and plan how to lessen this impact. Moreover, it’s a great opportunity to show these stakeholders and third parties what plans you have in place already to provide reassurance but also avoid issues and scrutiny at a later stage.

Our team will make this engagement on your behalf, representing your organisation the best professional light. However, where scrutiny or undue criticism does occur, we will look to demonstrate our competency and provide clear response back to allay their concerns and ensure your event can proceed.

Event & Emergency Management Plans

A good event management plan is your atlas for delivering a safe and efficient event and becomes the document that everyone should be working from, and provides how things should go in normal and emergency situations.

Our plans are bespoke to your event, drawing on our breadth of experience and can cover all manner of areas from ingress and egress plans, special arrangements for accessibility, specific safety measures, inclement weather planning (inclusive of wind management and extremes, particularly critical over multi-day events) and much more.

We can even help you source specialist contractors such as water testing and provide recommendation for security and traffic management providers. As well as being able to provide and manage medical teams internally from our own staff

On-site support, compliance and review

When the day of your event comes, our team can be on-site and available to ensure that planned safety measures are implemented and complied with, as well as implement and manage emergency procedures in the event of any unexpected events or incidents. This ensures a unified and clear direction for your event management.

Furthermore, when it’s all over, we’ll host a debrief and provide you a written report detailing any incidents we dealt with, as well as any suggestions that might help you plan future events.
